State v. Spears Involved at Preliminary Hearing Stage. At the time of filing, it was the oldest active homicide case in the country.
State v. Michael Connor Previously involved in the South Phoenix gang rape case where nine individuals were charged. Mr. Raynak's client was the only one whose case was dismissed. Case was dismissed prior to trial after defense interviews.Dismissed
